Karl Siegling


Karl Siegling established Cadence Asset Management in 2003 and listed Cadence Capital Limited (ASX: CDM) on the ASX in December 2006. Mr Siegling has over 25 years financial services experience having worked for international firms such as Deutsche Morgan Grenfell (now Deutsche Bank) and Goldman Sachs, along with eFinancial Capital Limited (Challenger Funds Management) and Wilson Asset Management in Australia. Mr Siegling holds a Bachelor of Commerce & LLB, Graduate Diploma Applied Finance and Investment (FINSIA) and has an MBA (Finance & Entrepreneurial Endeavours) from INSEAD in France.

Wayne Davies


Wayne Davies has over 20 years experience as a COO and Chartered Accountant both in Australia and overseas. Originally trained as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa, Mr Davies has worked as an Operations Consultant (Deloittes Consulting Group) and has held the position of COO at Theorema Asset Management (London) and Matthews Capital Partners (Australia) before joining the team at Cadence. Mr Davies holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Post Graduate Diploma of Accounting, and is a member of the Chartered Accountants (South Africa) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK). Wayne runs the day-to-day activities at Cadence Asset Management and is also a Director of Cadence Opportunities Fund Limited.

Jenelle Webster


Jenelle is a member of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Secretaries, Institute of Internal Auditors and a Registered Company Auditor, with over 20 years financial accounting and reporting experience within both the public and private sectors, Jenelle has been responsible for, and conducted, the audit of ASX listed companies, Listed Investment Companies (LIC’s), funds, disclosing entities, large propriety limited companies and Not-For Profit organisations. In addition to performing statutory audits, Jenelle has provided internal audit and evaluation services to a large number of public, private and community sector organisations. Jenelle is also a Director of Whitefield Limited (WHF). ​

James Chirnside


James Chirnside has worked in financial markets for over 35 years mostly as an equities fund manager across a broad range of markets and sectors. As a fund manager, he was mainly focused in emerging and frontier markets. In addition, he has also been a proprietary metals trader, derivatives broker, and fund promoter in Sydney, Hong Kong, London, and Melbourne. James studied for a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Edith Cowan University in Perth. James is also a director of Dart Mining NL (DTM), WAM Capital Limited (WAM), Mercantile Investment Company Ltd (MVT) and Ask Funding Ltd (ASK).
